Don’t think we’d get away with taking me down to the local. Teach me how to walk on the leash, then down to crawl the rest of the way there.
Tie me off to the side of the door, buy me a drink & pour it in my bowl.
Then have me drink it from the bowl as people come & go. As people watch your toy enjoy his drink, whilst you sit next to him, comfy, chatting on your phone, sipping your G&T.
Then once you’ve had a couple of drink, lead him back via the lane so you can have him demonstrate his walk & crawl training before reaching the brightly lit road back to the front door!
